Dezire Research, Indore, MP, India - Fraud Company to loot your money

This is my personal experience on the Company named Dezire Research, Indore, Madhya Pradesh.

I had some stocks in demat holding,  its valuation after Demonetisation, Donald Trump, Brexit, China, Pakistan, North Korea etc news it reduced to 5 lakhs from 13 lakhs. But from my years of experience, it was safe and would have grown faster once these issues get resolved.

Dezire Research started calling and said they will give us better return with their advice. They provided one week free trial advice. That was good around 80% were success.

I googled and found bad reviews but still I fell in their prey they are real cheater, they tell that if any one had some issue they should have complained them, giving ratings and reviews on internet doesn't work. I thought they are correct. Now after complaining them over emails, linkedin, twitter, and over phone but they don't pick the phone, don't reply over emails.

Then they started asking for money, I paid them 3,000 to start with. Then they gave an advice to buy a stock, that resulted in 66,000 profit (excluding brokerage & GST etc).

But next few days I incurred  loss of 2,15,000. I complained to them they assured me that it will be recovered. They told they will change the Researcher. Next day I again made profit of 30,000. But following days I kept loosing and ended up with Negative balance. In the mean time I paid them  Rs.73,678.

They always forced me to trade in bulk say 10,000 qty or 20,000 qty upto my full available margin, they were calling and asking me to put the order at that very moment. Here what I feel, I was in terminal acting on their hands, and on the other side they were at the receiving end so whatever I put on trade for buy/seller at mentioned price they transferred the shares to them and my loss became their profit.

Example, At 10.20am they asked me to buy 10,000 shares of Aurobindo Pharma at Rs.742.00, and the buyer were they or their agents. And near to day end at 3.00pm they asked me to sell the same stock at 728.00 and on there side someone would buy at this price. So I lost 742-728 = Rs.14 per share resulting to loss of Rs1,40,000/- and this was their profit.

Similarly they were taking control over my terminal by regularly calling and wrong-advising me to buy shares. I complained about the loss to them several time, no good researcher were granted for me, but whoever was appointed for me asked for money. So now they earned whatever I lost.

They provide  Customer ID as  P00052A for Rs.5,55,555/- package.

I paid them ₹ 73,678.00.             My total Money at start were 4,50,000.

Here is on daily basis what happened.

Now I lost all my money, and they stopped picking up my phones. I sent several emails to them no reply. 

What I want now: I asked over multiple emails & phone calls to return my paid amount & all my my loss that happened due to them.

15th September I got a call from Company and they were threatening me by saying “If I have to recover the loss, have to invest more money, or they will not do any thing. For the namesake they will start SMS service of whatever amount I paid and will show this to SEBI”.

They will change their phone number, Facebook, even company name after seeing this.


How they fool people & earn, they have 50-50 policy. What is this?

Their cold-caller team finds new people, they have 4 offices with 500+ employees in Indore, MP. Around 400 lower level employees job is to call people and persuade to deal with them. Then they will divide them into 2 parts. Say Part A & B.
Part A will be said Buy Bharat Forge at current price.
Part B will be asked to Sell same stock at current price.

Since this is very volatile stock, either one them will see a profit of 10 to 20 rupees in that day. They will ask them to book profit. The other group who lost will be said as it was a bad call from provided by Company or Researcher or Operator or even NSE. They will promise to give a recovery call next day.

Again repeat the same thing 50-50 with same bunch of people dividing them in random orders. Those who get profit for 2 or 3 days by luck will bring few more customers and can afford to loose 2 to 3 days.

Those who loose on consistent basis for 3 days, will be stopped to serve, no matter how many phone calls or email you send.

After reading this if you still feel to take service from Dezire or any other research firm, let make sure don't abuse yourself once you loose your 1/- or lakhs of rupee. All these brokers/dalals have great convincing power, they can convince even a dead person and he will invest and die again of shame of his decision.

If you see loss from these Fucker Research & Advisory dalals... the excuses:

1. Sir market gir gaya warna profit tha.
2. Profit booking aa gai sir, nahi to target achieve tha.
3. Bad news aa gai sir, nahi to hamari research team ki call to Bhagwan Brahmna bhi nahi kaat sakte.
4. Ab recovery call denge sir, 100% profit ho jayega.

#$%#$... ye sab to koi bhi kar leta, fir Research team ke paas koi jaaye hi kyu? Behti ganga (upgoing market) me hi haath dhona tha to, lakhon ka fee kyu pay karenge? Jab recovery call me itne confident hote ho to sirf wahi call dia karo?

Ek baat aur 1 lakh ko 50 hazar karne me 20times margin aur 2.5% gire to loss kitne ka? 50,000 ka matlab pure paise 0 bas 2-3 failed calls me. Ab socho aur trade karo.

And final nail in the coffin would be - "We have mentioned the risk in our website, you can not complain to SEBI & Police", but while getting the customer they would be 500% to make your money.
